Simple instructions for your Vote By Mail Application
If you applied for an Vote-By-Mail ballot but never received it, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling place on Election Day.
A voter may apply for an Vote-By-Mail by completing an Vote-By-Mail Application (click here to download) and mailing the application to their County Clerk by mail by October 26th. A voter may also apply in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 PM, the day before the election. The County Clerk cannot accept faxed copies of an Vote-By-Mail Application since an original signature is required.
